STATE THEATRE
BRANDING ASSETS
I had the opportunity to create the branding assets for one of North Carolina’s newest premier music venues. I worked with them to create the cardinal logo and NC pirate for the venue and venue merchandise.
The State Theatre building was built in 1914 for Samuel T. White and was originally called White’s Theatre and hosted both performances of the stage and screen. In 1930 the building changed it’s name to State Theatre and focused on film. The theatre would change again in 1971 and 1999 until it was reopened as a premiere music venue in 2018.
